• Prepare for the session.  Know what you want to work on before the session starts
• Show up on time. 
• Use all the time scheduled. 
• Work with the course content every day.
• Make the changes in your study habits tht your tutor suggests
• Don't skip any sessions
• Use tutoring as part of your overall plan for academic success

Yes.  Just speak with the tutor.  If you and the tutor can find a mutually agreeable time to meet, go for it.

If you need more than 2 hours of 1-1 time with a tutor every week, then you or your tutor should speak with me before adding the additional time into your schedules.

I'll get in touch with the tutor and find out what the problem was (e.g. car broke down, medical emergency, forgot, didn't read his/her VTC email,  etc...)  and work to prevent any recurrence.

If tutors miss a session, they are expected to contact you to arrange a replacement session as soon as possible.

Feel free to contact the tutor to arrange for a replacement session.

If you miss two sessions, you can lose your slot in the tutors schedule.

Please let your tutor know ahead of time about any unavoidable absences.

Please let your tutor know as soon as possible about last minute disruptions to your schedule that prevent you from showing up.
